ALL-TRANS RETINOL: QUESTION OF THE DAY

Question: I started looking for a retinol cream online and came across your site accidentally. I am not very familiar with all forms of Vitamin A but I did notice that there are creams /serums with Pro retinol and pure retinol available at very different prices. Your retinol cream lists retinol as an active ingredient but price wise your product is significantly lower than any other professional skin care retinol products (for example .5% pure retinol by PCA is double your price and half of the size of your product). I am just trying to verify if product your offers, retinol in particular and is in fact pure retinol and not a pro retinol or some other type. I am just concerned with the pricing, it seems to be very low and I am concerned if retinol is stable and pure. I am not really sure what OTC stands for…

Answer: The retinol I use is an all-trans retinol that is encapsulated in liposomes. All trans means it is stable. It’s time released and it truly is retinol, not some different form… OTC stands for over the counter.

My goal is to offer the best anti-aging products you can get at a reasonable price. I also offer a DNA Serum that’s $49.00 for 2.5 ounces. My sister says I’m a woman of the people… I can remember talking with Dr. Loren Pickart once about his Copper Peptide and he thought he should make it more expensive because his thought was that if it costs more, people will think it works better. I’m just not greedy is what it comes down to.
